Okay, so a while back I promised to come back with new stuff and I've broken my promise to all of you! D: So sorry about that. I've just been really busy with school projects and preparing for all of my upcoming exams (the struggles of an AP student). In addition to that I have this awful cold that just keeps coming back! But I've been working on some drawings recently and really WILL have new stuff coming out soon (: Summer is just 2-3 months away and with its appearance I'll be able to (hopefully) churn out a bunch of drawings, paintings, short stories, poems, etc ^_^ I'm still struggling with still life drawings, but my imagination has finally come back to life and I'm hopeful about what I'll be producing. Many thanks to my watchers, I won't disappoint you all!
New hair!
I feel compelled to write yet another self-absorbed journal entry about my hair, haha. I decided not to completely shave it around, but I still feel quite awesome with this new look ^.^ Very happy with the results (:
Still life and hair
I've been trying to brush up on drawing still life lately (since we've been working on it in my art class) and wow, this is reaallyyy difficult for me >.< Any tips anyone would be willing to share with a beginner? I find myself getting overwhelmed with the idea of getting everything to look perfect, grr....
In other news, getting my hair cut today! :D Suuuper excited ^.^ can't wait to see how awesome (or awesomely bad) I'll look! Haha.
This past Summer someone told me....
That I would look good with the hairstyle of Kiyomi McCloskey. Well, I'm actually getting that hairstyle within the next week or so (: Totally excited to FINALLY get the short hair I've always wanted, and a style that'll pay a sort of... homage to someone. It was a mission to convince my mom, but I did it! :D (below are links to pics of Kiyomi McCloskey)

Super excited to finally have reached my goal (: I'm going to keep them like this for a while; not sure if I want to reach that point of no return (00g) . Maybe one day ^.^
